Trier Dom - Trier Cathedral

The Trier Cathedral (left) and the Liebfrauenkirche (Church of Our Lady) stand side-by-side. Both were undergoing restoration in the summer of 2008, when this photo was taken. The Gothic Liebfrauenkirche will not re-open until the end of 2009, but tourists can still view the interior of the Romanesque cathedral (Dom).
