Photo 1 | Dresden’s Protestant Frauenkirche was reduced to a pile of stones by WWII bombing raids in 1945. This view shows the beautiful restored church now standing on Neumarkt square.

Photo 3 | The Zwinger complex in Dresden is home to the famous Semper Gallery, the Porcelain Collection and several other art and historical museums.
