Each concrete stela is 95 cm (37 in) wide and 2.38 m (7.8 ft) long, and has its own foundation. The blocks vary in height and alignment, from ground level to a maximum height of 4.5 meters (14.7 ft). Each row is 95 cm (37 in) wide, which allows wheelchair access, but prevents visitors from walking side-by-side, forcing people to walk alone and experience the memorial by themselves. - This view looks south, with the Potsdamer Platz complex to the right in the distance.
